We can't be the only ones hunched over our computers and phones for hours each day. All the screens in our lives are doing are backs and necks a massive disservice. We suggest turning off your devices for a little while (after you get this recipe, of course) and take some time for some self care. This massage gel is perfect for relaxing and soothing sore muscles. Bonus: it's so easy to make AND so much cheaper than buying an over the counter product in the store. Get those kinks out!

Relaxing Aloe Vera Massage Gel
1/4 cup Green Leaf Naturals Aloe Vera Gel
2 tablespoons light oil such as jojoba or sweet almond oil
3 drops peppermint essential oil
3 drops lavender essential oil
Directions: Mix all ingredients very well and store in an air-tight bottle away from direct sunlight. This gel is quite thin and a little goes a long way. Use a few drops to a handful on sore muscles as needed. Massage into skin until the mixture is absorbed. (I've even used this on my calves, shins and feet after a long run!)
Pro tip: massaging this gel into your skin feels GREAT after taking a hot shower or bath. We even like gently stretching tight/sore areas after applying the gel.
